You can find our mobility parking spots conveniently located close to the Centre entrances. These spaces are designed to make your visit easier and more accessible. With shorter walking distances and clear access points, getting in and out of the Centre is simple and stress-free.
At WestCity, we aim to make shopping easier and more convenient for families with young children. Simply pull into one of our specially marked Parents with Prams parking spots. These spaces are located close to the entrances, helping you get in and out of the Centre with ease.
Enjoy the convenience of covered parking, keeping you protected all year round—rain or shine. Whether it’s stormy days or scorching sunshine, your car (and you!) stay safe, dry, and comfortable every time you visit.
There are a number of bike stands conveniently located around WestCity for easy access. You’ll find bike parking available outside Hollywood Bakery and near the Oratia Carpark. These locations make it simple and convenient to cycle to the Centre and secure your bike while you shop.
If you think you will be shopping for a while then park in the P240 area, as this will give you 4 free hours of parking. However, if you think you’ll be longer than this please get an extended parking coupon from our Customer Service Desk. The extended parking coupon will last for the whole day. It must be displayed on your dashboard to avoid receiving an infringement notice.
Car parks are for the use of WestCity customers only, so please don’t be offended if you are subsequently asked to verify that you have been shopping at the Centre.
If you exceed the time limit in the designated parking zone, you will be issued with an infringement notice and a $65 fee by Parking Enforcement Services. Payment is required within 21 days – please see the back of the notice for details. If you were shopping for more than four hours in a P240 car park, please get in touch with us.

Yes. Staff parking is located on Level 3, by Event Cinemas. These parks are marked with BLUE lines. Payment is via the Parkmate App and has a daily fee of $5. If the blue lines are full, you may park anywhere on that level only.
You sure can! You can park anywhere in our carpark and claim your free parking extension from the Customer Service desk on Level 2. Just provide the team your vehicle registration number. You will need to display this ticket on your dashboard once received. This will cover you for the entire duration of your stay. Perfect for a day long shopping spree!
We have disability parking on all levels of our carpark. They are located close to the entrance into the Centre.
