We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales & Photo Production Specialist to join our team. This exciting role combines retail sales with hands-on creative production, offering the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about photography, personalised products, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will assist customers with photography and printing solutions while producing high-quality photo products, custom framing, canvas prints, and personalised gifts. If you enjoy working with people and creating quality finished products, this role is for you.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in retail sales, photography, printing, or customer service (preferred).
• Available for weekend shifts
• Knowledge of cameras, lenses, and photography accessories.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar editing software.
• Experience with digital photo printing and image preparation.
• Knowledge of sublimation printing and heat press operation.
  Experience producing personalised photo gifts.
• Experience with canvas printing, stretching, and mounting.
• Ability to operate printing and finishing equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
