WESTCITY EXPLORERS KIDS CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must complete the online registration form in full for your child to be registered as a member of the WestCity kids club.
The WestCity Explorers Kids Club is eligible for children aged 10 years old or younger. You Must be a child’s parent or legal guardian to register them for the Kids Club.
As part of registering your child to the Kids Club, you consent to receiving mail (including in electronic form) and other marketing or promotional communications from WestCity on behalf of the child.
During WestCity Explorer Kids Club events our photographer will be taking photos. Please be aware, your presence in this area implies that your image/ likeness may be included in any future marketing collateral.
We reserve the right to change or remove any component of the Kids Club programme at our discretion with no notification to you or the child.

The information collected in the registration form will only be used by WestCity for the purpose of Kids Club. We will never share your information with any third parties In accordance to with the privacy Act 1993 you or any child specified on the registration form is entitled to request a copy of, or correction, to any information held by us on you or your child by writing to us at info@west-city.co.nz .
If you would like to discontinue your Kids Club membership you can unsubscribe by emailing info@west-city.co.nz
