Yes, you can check the transaction history of your gift card online here or you can visit the Customer Service Desk in centre and one of our friendly Customer Service team members can help you.

If purchased before February 1st 2026, the WestCity Waitakere gift card expires 12 months from the date of purchase. If purchased after February 2026, the gift card expires 36 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is displayed on the back of the Gift Card.

The WestCity Waitakere gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

No, WestCity Waitakere gift cards are non-refundable if you change your mind.

The WestCity Waitakere gift card can only be loaded with funds once, at the time of purchase.

A WestCity Waitakere gift card is the perfect gift, reward or incentive. Physical gift cards are available from the Customer Service Desk and can be loaded with any amount from $10–$1,000. You may also purchase a gift card online from WestCity Waitakere – Give A Gift Card with an amount between $10 – $500. The gift cards can be used at any participating retail store within WestCity Waitakere. From clothing and department stores to foodcourt dining and cafes, personal services, health & beauty and more, WestCity Waitakere’s gift card offers something to please everyone.

The WestCity Waitakere gift card can be purchased in centre at our Customer Service Desk on level 2 or online at WestCity Waitakere – Give A Gift Card. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment in centre, and payment by visa or credit card online. *A surcharge may apply if using Paywave. Charge is Bank dependant. We do not collect any credit card information in the purchase of gift cards online. This information is collected and used by Windcave.

Please treat your gift card like cash. Keep your gift card in a safe place as WestCity Waitakere will not replace lost or stolen cards.
