Santa Pet Photos Terms and Conditions

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking ideally with your booking confirmation.

A WestCity staff member will meet you at the ASB Bank entrance.

You will be escorted to Santa by staff.

Your dog must be in a carry cage, or on a lead at all times.

Your pet photo will be taken with Santa, then you can return your dog to your car. You can then come back to view your photos with Santa Magic staff.

Dogs must be friendly. If Santa does not feel comfortable he has the right to say “no” to the owner. Animals exhibiting aggressive behavior will need to be removed from the centre.

Any mess/deposit left by the animal must be cleaned up by the owner and disposed of at home so please bring a pooper scooper with you.

We will try to adhere to your booking time, however in the event of another session being completed at the time of your booking, we appreciate your patience while that customer is finishing up.

You can take your own photos.

Remember, at all times, Santa has the right to say no.

💌 LETTERS TO SANTA 💌

Encourage the children to compose a letter addressed to Santa Claus, and they’ll receive a unique, customised response!

To participate, just have your child complete a letter at Santa’s Grotto and drop it into Santa’s special mailbox. We’ll be choosing 3 winner and grant them their Christmas Wish!

Campaign runs from December 1st – 15th.
